One of our proudest achievements in our company is that our customers receive the services they applied for in a timely manner. In doing so, we make sure that our technicians are well-informed about their duties and responsibilities within the day and that they employ utmost diligence in performing their tasks without compensating the speed and accuracy of each service.

Just like any other company, we make sure that the environment of our employees is open to positive and fruitful conversations. We believe that to be able to create such an environment, we must embed in our employees the nature of being receptive, not with other people’s movements, but most importantly with one’s flaws and shortcomings. So, part of our technicians’ training is to have them be aware at all times with what the issues are and how to solve them in the simplest and most effective manner possible.

Here in Green Tech Cleaning, we realize that sometimes information gets lost in transmission - sometimes due to our own, and sometimes due to instances that are out of our control. To minimize this issue, we make sure that our technicians are not just well-trained in dealing with inside and outside communications, but are also well-equipped with communication devices and applications so that they can confer to the parties involved such important information in an instant.

We also make sure that our technicians can personally communicate with our customers, answer their questions, and assist them with information regarding the services we offer, in every way possible. In Green Tech, our technicians are not just on time. They are also very much on target.

The number one rule in creating a competent and professional team of valued workers is that everyone should be honest and in-the-moment with integrity. What this means is that, we make sure that our technicians actually know what they are doing, are trained professionally in what they do, and perform them in such a way that meets the standards of not just the industry in general, but the higher standards that we impose upon our company.
