Cleaning your own house is not an easy task to do. Sometimes, our own houses get so dirty to the point that just by looking at it we feel like we’re already tired. If we don’t clean our own houses not only will our space be cluttered, but so will our minds. We need the motivation to clean our houses so that we can have peace of mind, our life really will be less stressful, and our homes will be more aesthetically pleasing


Here are some tips to be motivated in cleaning:


 

  1. Set a time schedule

     Setting a time for cleaning pushes your brain to do it because you expect to do something because of your schedule.

 

    2. Start small and don't rush

        Don’t try to rush cleaning because you will get tired fast and will get demotivated in cleaning. Start with the little things so that you will see the progress of your cleaning. 

 

    3. Reward yourself

        Even before you start cleaning, you can try to reward yourself with small things so that you can be motivated

 

    4. Use new cleaning products

        This can greatly affect your mood to do the cleaning because you are excited to use these new cleaning products.

 

    5. Turn off some distractions

        The fewer your distractions are like your Cell Phone and TV, the slower you’ll get to finishing your task


    6. Put on some music

        Listen to some of your favorite songs to boost your mood. Research has shown that music helps to increase efficiency in       repetitive tasks
