Construction Cleaning:

ROUGH CLEAN

Scrape all windows inside and out *Notify superintendent of any scratches prior to starting

Clean all window frames

Clean/polish windows

Clean all tubs, showers, toilets and sinks *Inform Supervisor of any damage immediately

If the tubs and shower drains are not installed, clean shower surrounds only

Remove all preliminary floor coverings and place in the garage

Sweep baseboards

sweep house of all debris

Dispose of any and all debris/trash in dumpster *Inform Supervisor if there is excessive trash prior to starting

FINAL CLEAN

Clean all windows

Report all damage to the Superintendent

Clean out garbage disposal

Vacuum all carpets

Sweep front and back porch

Sweep storage spaces and HVAC and hot water heater pans

Mop all vinyl, tile and hardwood areas

Remove stickers from appliances, plumbing fixtures, and electrical fixtures

Remove any excess materials and dispose of all trash and debris in an offsite container or designates area

Inform Superintendent if there is excessive trash prior to starting work

Unpack all appliances and place all directions, books or warranty information in the drawer by the range

Install new window screens

After cleaning home turn off all interior lights and lock house

RE-CLEAN

Make sure windows are clean

Install new window screens

Spot clean carpet as needed. *Notify Supervisor if paint or clay stains are excessive.

Vacuum all floors

Mop floors as needed

Inspect and make sure the house is move-in ready
